3. Data Collection on the Website
When you visit our website, technical data is automatically collected (e.g., IP address, browser type, time of access). This data is required for technical operation and is deleted after 30 days.
4. Data Processing in the App
Slofy was built on the principle of "Privacy by Design". All usage data (blocked apps, screen time statistics, settings) is stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to this data.
Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, an anonymous device token is transmitted to our server. This token is used exclusively for sending notifications and cannot be linked to any person.
No Analytics Tools
Slofy does not use any third-party tracking or analytics tools. No usage profiles are created.
5. Hosting & Service Providers
Our website and backend services are hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) and Supabase Inc. (USA). Data processing agreements are in place with both providers. Data transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Payment Processing
Slofy uses two payment processors depending on the context:
Apple In-App Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple (Apple Inc.). We do not receive payment data such as credit card numbers. Apple processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Stripe (Tips & Donations)
Voluntary tips and donations are processed through Stripe Inc. (USA). Payment details (e.g., card number) are transmitted directly from your device to Stripe and never pass through our servers. We only receive a transaction confirmation including the amount and currency. Stripe processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policy. Data transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your Rights
